A warm welcome from us to the Breathe and Flow community. If you’ve been following along with us for a few years, you’re aware that we only sent one newsletter every six months as this task was always pushed to the bottom of our never ending task list. As of next week, with the help of our incredible newly expanded team, we are putting together a new newsletter format and will be sending them out way more frequently.
As we grow our awesome, international yoga community, we are finally ready to refresh and revamp our newsletter to bring you more of what you love - yoga, mindfulness, and ways to stay connected in a healthy way to the world around us through living a compassionate, yoga lifestyle.
Our journey around the globe and deep into our hearts during meditation has taught us that yoga is not only a physical practice but a way of life that can be incorporated into everything you do. That's why our new-look newsletter will not only provide you with news and updates on our latest offerings, events, programs, meetups, etc, but we will also share positive news and signpost you to other sources of joy and inspiration to guide you on your personal journey even more. We'll be sharing insights from our own experiences, along with exclusive content and offerings that you won't find anywhere else.
