🎉 A Special Birthday Shoutout to Bre 🎉 

First off, we’re sending so much love to Bre! Happy birthday 🌈 She stepped into her forties surrounded by friends and family at her fave festival; the vibrant, colourful, and magical Lightning in a Bottle gathering in California. The energy of the event was a perfect match for her own: radiant, joyful, and full of life. (Btw, maaaybe, we will teach there next year 🤞)

Bre, thank you for all that you share with the world and with our entire Breathe and Flow community. You are the mother of the Breathe and Flow spaceship, leading with endless grace, passion, and clarity. Here’s to a beautiful new cycle of growth, love, and light. We love you!
